VERY convenient location. Staff is friendly and rooms are small but clean. The size wasn’t an issue, it’s to be expected in Japan. It’s located 10 minutes away from shinjuku, but many stores in the area.

Clean, spacious, and fully equipped for our stay. Very family friendly. We stayed in the Pokemon room, which was cute and a real treat for our Pokemon-loving kid. My one concern is that the floors are quite thin. We could hear the people above us walking, running, jumping all night.
