This hotel was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located close to the train station — just three stops from Disney, which was the main reason we chose it. We also used the laundry facilities, which were spacious, clean, and environmentally friendly.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had an issue with forwarding our luggage to our next destination, and they went above and beyond to assist us. We’re truly grateful for their time, patience, and excellent service.
It was our favourite hotel in Tokyo — highly recommend!

The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great location away from the noise and crowds and close to everything!
