"Such nice staff and very clean"

"I stayed 1 night for a layover from driving. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Excellent accomodations. Easy check in. Breakfast was simple but adequate for what I needed. Cereal, fruit, toast, juice, coffee, etc. No hot options but every was excellent. Price point was very good and ratings were high. Hotel is located about 1/4 mile off the highway so it was free from road noise. Would stay here again."

"We’ve stayed here 4 times now. It’s so peaceful nobody to bother us. Town is close with great food at the Anchor Grille. Fishing was great they were really biting this time of year! Sure would like to get a boat on that water! Hopefully someday. Thanks for everything Shalan!"

"They had a good breakfast, comfortable bed, and very clean facilities! We liked the room itself because there was no carpet!"

"The toilet stool had a crack in the side, and it had a bolt missing on the bottom. When you moved on it it would tilt. The hair dryer outlet had a big crack, and it looked like it had been smoking. The outlet was not GFCI (dangerous). The air conditioning system did not work properly. The trash outside of the building was not emptied for the 5 days we were there. There were weeds all around the outside of the building. The coffee was good."

"Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities Stayed at Country Garden and Suite in Benton, IL and was very impressed. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything looked recently updated.The hot breakfast in the morning was a great touch — fresh and filling. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. I also liked that the hotel is right off the highway, which made it convenient for my road trip."
