"Oscar and his wife’s hospitality were great, always with a big smile. They made us feel welcome from the beginning. Oscar’s English is also impeccable. Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed all the animals at the viña to include rabbits, dogs, chicks, canaries and a goat. Their welcoming home- made wine was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall it was great and I would stay again. Short, easy, and safe walk to the pool and waterfront. Communication could have been better. There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside. The person at the condo gate was not helpful and the hotel (for access bracelets) didn't have the information. Clean"

"The man at the gate was intimidating and stood over me and told me to turn off my motorbike, then demanded my passport. This was my welcome to the hotel. The room was comfortable and I slept well, and the beach did not have too much trash on it. When I tried to leave they insisted I had to pay; even though I paid through Expedia. I was made to stay and wait for half an hour while they figured it out, and I felt embarrassed and like a criminal. I do not recommend."
