"We had a spacious room with Streetview. Comfortabel big bed. Excellent breakfast buffet with service. Many restaurants in walking distance. Nice things to see and do in the surroundings. Such as the olive oil farm. There was a market too. Place felt very safe during day and evening times. We walked everything. We also walked all the way to port Maurizio. Also there was a nice shopping area in the centre of Ognelia. "

"Excellent apartment in super location. Simona is a very attentive and responsive host; any issues are quickly resolved. The apartment itself is light and spacious. Good sized well equipped kitchen on ground floor, open plan lounge plus bathroom and bedrooms on next floor and terrace then up small spiral staircase. The AC works well but the ambient temperature in the flat rarely gets above 23C . Porto Maurizio is at the top of the hill and there is a good view of the sea from the terrace. Café for breakfast and several restaurants and pizzeria within 500 yards plus shopping street another 200 yards down from the Duomo. On the waterfront at Imperia there are plenty of bars gelateria restaurants at reasonable prices. I would happily recommend Simona’s apartment and the area in general ."

"The property is nice, we stayed for two weeks and all went well. The view from the apartment is great. The location is also great. On the seafront it was good to be able to take a daily walk down to the coast to the marina. The apartment is close to many beaches. The balcony has the sun all day so good for sitting out. The apartment had all facilities we needed."

"Everything was exactly as the listing describes. The views and the kitchen drew us to this listing, what we found in real life was so much better in person. First, we met Alessandro who met us in person and introduced us to the place and how it works. That was very helpful. He gave us very good recommendations, all of which were excellent! He is responsive and kind and gave us a very good start! Everything was clean and well equipped for cooking and spending a lot of time "at home". I enjoyed cooking, reading, yoga and even doing laundry with a gorgeous view of the sea! This was a working vacation and the internet speeds were very good. The only improvement in that regard would be a desk or work table, but we were able to set something up upstairs that functioned well. This setup allowed one of us to work in a private room without being disturbed. Extra points for the visits from Gigi, the local kitty. She is very sweet!! The road up to the house is an adventure, but no problem at all for our medium-sized auto. Cycling from the house, a challenge for my cyclist partner, which he enjoyed, but I took my bike to town in the car and rode along the coast - that worked well for us both. We highly recommend a stay here and have Casa Margherita high on our list to return! Thank you for everything Alessandro!!"
