"Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great but there were a lot of guests for such a big hotel and so a bit crowded during breakfast. Hot spring baths were a bit crowded too. Close to attractions, for instance, Karatsu castle is highly recommended, and lot of dinning options. A lot of shopping options too but they are sparse and easier to access with your own car. Parking was alright but a bit crowded as well."

Buffer dinner and breakfast were excellent. But during golden week, there were a lot of guests and a bit crowded. The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car. During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period."

"Room 5th floor center of building. WiFi was 2 to 7 Mbps Wi-Fi download speed and 1 Mbps upload. Hotel front desk informed. Staff could not resolve issue. I tried 2 eSims (Docomo/KDDI) but building walls prevented use. Bed comfortable, refrigerator would not cool bottle so I would get ice from 2nd floor. 4 night stay and I was informed at check in no cleaning for 4 days…unless I requested. Hotel dated . There are other hotel options and I will choose differently next time in Sasebo"
