"The staff at the hotel desk was great! Room was nice. We selected this hotel because after traveling we wanted a day of relaxation. The property showed a beautiful pool and spa. The person at the spa was not friendly. Also we could not use the pool because you have to reserve it in advance and it was full.. you have to make a reservation to use a pool? Don’t select this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa. Lesson learned."

"This is an absolute gem! There are so many cute things about this hotel. I couldn’t even name them all. If you get a chance to stay here, definitely do! The staff was amazing and we enjoyed our room immensely. The location is unmatched. It is literally in the center of everything."

"Beautiful hotel situated within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, gondola rides and some sites (including the salt flats). Breakfast was standard, but tasty and perfect if you don't have time to go out to eat."

"Staff were the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. We checked out very early before the breakfast time started, but the reception staff was kind to bring us coffee and muffins to me and my family. Overall the rooms need a refresh because it’s dated and old. It’s a convenient location as it’s 10 min walk to the train station and Aveiro town."

"This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel and , as with the other times, I have nothing but positive things to say. The property is in an absolutely perfect location - five minutes to the beach and a few minutes the other way to the river. It’s fairly quiet after dark but felt safe on my own, The check in was easy. I arrived early with the intention to leave my bags, but they were super helpful and checked if my room was ready - which it was. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a large bed and a good amount of storage. The shower was powerful and products such as shower gel and shampoo. There was a lovely balcony with chairs. There was great choice at breakfast in the lounge area. In the evening, it was also possible to buy drinks including alcohol to have my room (am sure you could also have it in the bar). All the staff I met were really friendly and helpful. They are on 24 hours a day so felt safe coming in late at night. I’ll definitely return next time I stay in Costa Nova and would recommend to others."
