"Safe, easy parking for €8/24 hours under the hotel. Perfect! Spacious, quiet, comfortable rooms Helpful reception staff Lovely courtyard - sun umbrellas would be needed here in the height of summer! The only downside was the lack of tea & coffee making facilities in the room. I really missed this though the staff did provide hot water to make my own on request. "

"Hotel is in the good location and outside of location looks good like palace. Lobby reasonably ok. But room is very very small, inside room , the ambience is not good. Small cell like feeling. I observed one bug crawling in the bathroom. Shower gas shampoo and conditioner only, but no body soap inside shower. We had to take hand wash / body wash liquid bottle from sink area to shower area. "

"As everyone has previously stated this apartment is beautiful and immaculately maintained. We had a long stay and really appreciated the kitchen inventory that included literally everything you could possibly need. Location wise Barra beach (stunning) is a 2 minute stroll away and the miles long boardwalk a joy for those days when you want a sand free experience.David and Marie were on hand and helpful throughout."

"It is lack of enough staff. First night, suddenly we wake up at 3 am with a tribble noise due to strong wind causing the window to be open. We could not closed it and lot of rain was entering into our room affecting our stuffs. Went down to reception, he offer to change our room but there no one to help us to get our stuff to move the the new room. I asked for a bottle of water, no room service was available after midnight and also no any water bottle was available to be taken to our room. Receptionist offered to go to the spa and take some water in a cup from a machine. I’ve been to Malia in many places around and I was expecting surely much Aveiro deserve much better hotel service. "
