Not enough pillows and bedding. Only gave 1 pillow per person. Overall a good stay, however we had to take the stairs from 3rd floor to our unit on the 6th which was slightly inconvenient.

Money very well spent!!!

We love this place!!! Me, family, friends booked this place in the last minute. We look at the pics and thought that is always ā€œworstā€. But genuine it was much better. Perfect location, clean, everything top. Friend and helpful staff. My new place to go in Ilhabela šŸ’•

Top localizaĆ§Ć£o Top apartamento!

O apartamento Ć© muito bom e confortĆ”vel, Ć³tima varanda e vistas ao mar. LocalizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© Ć³tima! Muito bem estruturado, muito limpo, funcionĆ”rios muito solĆ­citos e educados. RecepĆ§Ć£o 24 horas e alguns apartamentos dispƵem de vaga de estacionamento! JĆ” estamos planejando nossa nova estadia no IBR! O Ćŗnico porĆ©m foi as condensadoras dos ar condicionado ficarem na frente da janela do quarto, impossibilitando dormir de janela aberta quando usando os dois dormitĆ³rios. Pois um usa e outro nĆ£o, aĆ­ o barulho e o calor da condensadora incomodam bastante. (Quarto superior com vistas ao mar)

Apart-hotel excelente, fica ao lado do pier do PerequĆŖ, nossa Ćŗnica ressalva Ć© em relaĆ§Ć£o ao cheiro de "podre" vindo do ralo do banheiro, mas parece ser um problema de saneamento da regiĆ£o, jĆ” que em alguns momentos do dia Ć© possĆ­vel sentir tambĆ©m na rua.

Venho sempre nessa propriedade, sempre foi otima. Dessa vez deram o apto 103 e o banheiro e lavanderia isalavam cheiro forte de esgoto. Pedi para mudar de apto e deram o 102, igual o outro e o banheiro igualmente isalava cheiro de esgoto ( banheiro sem janela). Sao aptos com 2 banheiros. Enfim, espero que resolvam esse problema. No geral tudo excelente, funcionarioss otimos.

O apartamento Ć© muito fofo, porĆ©m disfuncional, vocĆŖ nao tem onde colocar as coisas nos quartos, se for passar mais de 4 dias ficara bem desconfortĆ”vel, pois as roupas ficam em malas, nem criado tem para colocar celular pra carregar, os canos bem entupidos, tomamos banho com a agua voltando, chuveiro eletrico fraco, ou agua que Ć© fraca, nesse frjo de julho, tomar banho foi uma tortura. Minha estadia foi agradĆ”vel, o local Ć© muito bem cuidado, bem localizado e muito limpo. SĆ³ tenho algumas sugestƵes pra que o hospede tenha um pouco mais de conforto: instalaĆ§Ć£o de duchas higiĆŖnicas nos banheiros, um filtro de Ć”gua junto a torneira da pia e melhorar os chuveiros ( sĆ£o terrĆ­veis).
