Escolhi essa pousada pq amo a praia da feiticeira é pertinho o café da manhã é excelente o melhor que já peguei, o atendimento então meu Deus tooooop os funcionários são os melhores a pousada tem duas piscinas super ambiental bastante árvores e plantas lindas tem algo de peixes um amor amei de verdade Só que tem um porém o quarto que fiquei estava muito ruim poderiam dar uma repaginada principalmente na cama está um cheiro ruim o colchão e os travesseiros mofados de ácaros, fora isso eu achei maravilhoso

funcionários e atendimento excelente, todos prestativos educados e simpáticos. pousada em reforma como estava chovendo todos os dias o barulho de maquita, marteladas etc, incomodou já que pelo clima tivemos que ficar na pousada. e deveria ter canais fechados ou pelo menos acesso na tv com netflix ou algo para distrair pois so canal aberto é muito ruim

Eu e meu marido já fomos 2 vezes para este hotel, pois gostamos muito que há muita área verde e natureza. Amamos o café da manhã e nossa experiência é sempre quase perfeita. A única coisa chata nesta última vez foi que em uma madrugada algumas pessoas fizeram muita bagunça, gritavam, brigavam durante muito tempo, incomodando nossa família e nos acordando com criança pequena. Gostaríamos que o hotel tivesse feito algo, interrompesse essa falta de respeito. Mas fora isso super recomendo e voltaria mais vezes.

Fomos em 4 pessoas, casal e 2 crianças, hotel simples, mas muito limpo, muito bem cuidado, cama ótima, fiquei em um quarto pequeno com varanda, cama de casal ,bicama, e um frigobar, com uma varanda com mesinha cadeira e rede, que adoramos, pois o serviço do restaurante do hotel e ótimo. Tudo funciona bem, desde a recepção, o café da manhã ótimo, que tem de tudo um pouco, não e aqueles de hotel de luxo, com um monte de coisa que a gente nem come, mas bem variado, com tapioca feita na hora, ovos mexidos também, bolos , frios , pães, frutas , tudo impecável. Sem contar a funcionária que fica no café da manhã, super educada e prestativa. A piscina super limpa, mas não usamos, pois ficamos pouco tempo no hotel, com certeza na próxima ida a Ilhabela me hospedarei lá.

Estacionamento não comporta os veículos de todos os hóspedes e meu carro ficou estacionado na rua. Em meio a uma forte chuva, na madrugada, fui surpreendido com uma grande goteira em cima da cama. Nesta ocasião tentei acionar a recepção e descobri que o hotel não dispõe de atendimento no período da noite, ou seja, não havia nenhum funcionário em serviço. Creio que estas informações devem estar disponíveis no momento da reserva.
