Condomínio maravilhoso e flat muito aconchegante

O Condomínio Itaoca Residence é realmente muito organizado, limpo e em um ambiente completamente familiar. Jardins bem conservados, piscina, parquinho e acesso fácil à praia, ou seja, o local ideal para quem deseja relaxar e sair do corre-corre do dia-a-dia. O flat também não fica por baixo, pois é bem construído e equipado, com colchões novos e ar condicionados limpos. Apesar de na descrição falar que a capacidade é para oito pessoas, em minha opinião o flat acomoda seis pessoas bem confortáveis e todas nos ambientes com ar condicionado. Caso queira abrigar mais um hóspede este poderá ficar na sala, mas sem ar condicionado... apesar de que isto não é grande problema, uma vez que o ambiente é muito ventilado. Estive lá em pleno janeiro e meu sobrinho não teve problemas para dormir na sala, mesmo sem ventilador. Um ponto que pode ser considerado negativo na hospedagem é o acesso até o condomínio, pois para chegar até lá o viajante deve pegar uma estrada de terra por cerca de 10km... caso você deseje se deslocar para ver atrações turísticas e comer em restaurantes, ou visitar lojas de artesanato em outras partes da ilha ou cidades vizinhas, deverá sempre percorrer esta estrada. O local é ideal para quem quer se distanciar dos centros urbanos e ter muito contato com a natureza, sem se preocupar com vizinhos barulhentos ou violência. Porém, se você está à procura de baladas e agitação, recomendo ir para outra praia.
