  • Kingsley House is a spacious 4 double bedroom, with games room including pool table. Character cottage in the heart of North Devon. Situated in a quiet and friendly village a short drive from Woolacombe and Lee beaches.

    Enjoy your holiday in peaceful, country village with community field, play area, pub and shop, all within close walking distance.

    Central location to a variety of beaches, days out and on the edge of Exmoor.

    A recently renovated, spacious cottage, over 350 years old. The interior is adorned with wooden beams, a stone fireplace, original features and comfy furniture, the perfect place to relax after a day in the surf, a country walk or a family day out. Now with games room including pool and table tennis table.

    Enjoy our family home with 4 double bedrooms (one king), 2 reception rooms, upstairs and downstairs toilet, dining area and a large kitchen.

    The property is suitable for a large family, couples, friends or even two families.

    The exterior of the property, has private parking for one car and a free village car park 20 seconds walk away from the property for any additional cars as needed.

    A short walk from the house is our enclosed and private garden, offering a quiet space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Fully equipped with picnic table and bbq.

    Further down the path is a beautiful community field, play area, picnic area and stream all under a minutes walk away from the property. A real hidden gem.

Beautifully clean character cottage in a village Village well located for beautiful beaches

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage, which used to be a pub. On arrival, it was beautifully clean and there were many extra little touches to make our stay more comfortable.
