  • The stunning sea views from No 5 Compass in Ilfracombe make this apartment very special indeed. Having recently undergone a complete make-over with redecoration and new carpets, the apartment is a warm and cosy space for couples and families alike, even your four-legged friends as well.
    Located centrally in Ilfracombe, North Devon, it is close to some of the most wonderful beaches and coastline in the UK.
    No 5 Compass has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) and an outside balcony.
    The space
    A spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment (one en suite) with lounge/diner and well-equipped kitchen. Outside balcony with seating to take in the most wonderful views over the sea. DEDICATED UNDERCOVER PARKING SPACE TOO!

    Access to the whole apartment on the third floor via communal stairs
    Other things to note
    The apartment is located on the third floor of the building. No lift. The views are worth it!
    NB. Not suitable for children between 1 yr and 6yrs due to the balcony. Up to two well-behaved, toilet trained dogs are welcome.

A great apartment with a beautiful view from the little terrace. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Julie was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions.We loved our stay in Ilfracombe

Lovely property. Had everything we needed. The one issue was the amount of stairs to get into the apartment as my self and mother in law have mobility issues. The other was the the tiles outside by the balcony were filthy. Could do with a good wash down.
