"A clean and tidy hotel with nice refurbished rooms less than 10 minutes walk from the station. There are no real bar facilities available for a pre dinner drink at the hotel. There is a bar but it had no beer and no wine during our stay. Breakfast was a decent selection of the usual pastries, other continental breakfast items and decent coffee."

"Very dirty? Great place but dirty and sticky floor, dirty towels, bad smell… too bad for the place…"

"Unfortunately the hotel did not have a regular water supply and it was not possible to shower, wash or flush the toilet most days. We had to use water from the swimming pool to use the toilet and bottled water to clean our teeth. The staff blamed the local water supply but , having checked with other local businesses, they did not have this problem. We also moved out to stay in another hotel 5 mins walk away and, despite being on the 5th floor, we had no water issues there.So the only conclusion...

"The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I liked that the towels were already in place and not just folded on the bed. There was no water on the room - but I found out later that there was a water tap in the corridor. And no water in the coffee machine - which had no clear instructions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the decor and layout of the room and the shower was excellent. If I return to Toulon I will try to stay here. "

"This family run hotel was very charming and comfortable although it could use some updates to the carpeting and attention to smells that permeated at times in the hallways and the room. We were very comfortable and all in all it was a good hotel."

"Loved it here. Don’t normally leave reviews for hotels but I had a great time here, the setting of the hotel is amazing right by the beach and near the marshes. Rooftop bar and the restaurant were amazing. The staff really looked after me. Will stay again for sure."

"I stayed at the hotel 9 years ago and whilst it is very convenient for the rugby it is starting to look a bit worn. The air conditioning didn't work which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The staff were good and attentive and food choice and quality at breakfast were very good. The price of drinks was very competitive compared to bars around the area. The location of the hotel is brilliant if you are there to watch rugby or to walk across the road to the quayside and it's many restaurants. "

"it’s OK-ish all around. Pretty good for an Ibis Cute-ish room, perfect for a single traveler. Open bathroom concept may be challenging for people sharing. Not much of a closet. The outside could use some cleaning. Friendly staff. Direct access to the beach"
