About this property

Traditional house on Île d’Yeu, sleeps up to 10 guests

  • A beautiful traditional house, tastefully furnished, featuring a living room, dining area, kitchen, WC, office, bathroom with both bathtub and walk-in shower, and a master bedroom (queen bed) on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a double), an independent bathroom, and a separate WC.



    In the annex, you’ll find a suite with a bedroom (queen bed) and another bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds), plus a bathroom with walk-in shower and a WC. The 500 m² garden is filled with flowers and shaded by two lovely holm oaks.



    The beach is just a 6-minute bike ride away, and Port Joinville is 1.5 km from the house. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s perfect for relaxing.



    The main house accommodates two to six guests, and the annex sleeps two to four. A cleaning package, including laundry and ironing of sheets and towels, is available for an extra fee.
