Charming fisherman's house ideal for family holidays

Independent house on one level, ideally located in the heart of the streets of Saint Sauveur, close to all shops (butcher, bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, coffee, tobacco, newspapers, wine shop and daily market in season).
Room of warm life and open kitchen equipped with equipment and crockery. An independent living room with sofa bed 2 people and large wardrobe. A mezzanine (children over 6 years preferably) with a trundle bed with possibility of 2 beds. On the floor 1 independent room with bed 2 people and convenient of arrangement. A back kitchen overlooking a small outdoor courtyard with barbecue.
Shower room with washing machine and independent WC.
Most: A welcome will be reserved for you on arrival at the boat on the island, and your departure is also assured. Possibility of cleaning at end of stay and rental of bicycles and linens.
Main beaches of the island 10 minutes by bike paths or bus line near the house.
Baby equipment provided: folding cot, high chair, bath and pot.
HiFi system, Wifi and TV are at your disposal unless you wish to rest and disconnect completely.
Because of its geographical location, our house can welcome you out of season.
Rental by the night (2 nights minimum).

Très jolie petite maison de pêcheur. Idéalement située dans le petit village de saint sauveur. Vous avez accès au commerces de proximité a pied: boulangerie, poissonnerie, boucherie…. De plus votre emplacement au cœur de l’île est très pratique pour découvrir l’île à vélo. À refaire

Un vrai coup de cœur !

La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, elle est idéale pour accueillir une famille avec enfants ! Et elle est aussi idéalement placée à côté de petits commerces de proximité (pâtisserie et boucherie succulentes). Il y a une cour pour ranger les vélos. Océane nous a accueilli avec le sourire et s’est montrée très disponible. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour sur cette île que nous découvrons pour la première fois ! Nul doute que nous reviendrons :)

Adorable petite maison très bien agencée, agréable et jolie, bien équipée et super bien placée, avec tous les commerces à 1mn à pied !!! il manque juste un petit extérieur un peu plus grand, mais le puit de lumière du salon offre tout de même une belle luminosité qui compense ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette maison idéalement située, proche des commerces, au calme. Décorée avec soin, très bien équipée, avec de beaux espaces et une bonne literie. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Océane. A renouveler avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour.

Aucune chambre accessible...

La chambre principale est en fait accessible avec un escalier échelle très raide avec un lit seulement de 140 cms! La deuxième chambre (au dessus d'un petit salon TV) est une mezzanine accessible avec une échelle ! 2 lits gigognes sans espace supplémentaire. En dessous un minuscule canapé lit pour petits enfants. L'accès à la salle de douche se fait par cet endroit, donc bruyant pour ceux qui dorment... L'espace de vie est cependant correct par rapport aux couchages. Pour résumé, cette petite maison est conçue pour 1 jeune couple avec 2 enfants max. En aucun cas pour un couple de 60 ans, 2 enfants majeurs et un adolescent...

Agréable maison

Nous avons loué cette jolie maison pour un weekend, 2 adultes +2 ados+1 enfant. La maison est très bien équipée pour 5 personnes. Elle est très bien située. Zoé à qui nous avons aussi loué les vélos nous a accueilli chaleureusement à la sortie du bateau. Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et ont eu la gentillesse de nous donner tous les bons plans pour passer un bon weekend.
