"Another hotel nearby was given to us, we tried to contact you, however phone was saying "we are experiencing technical difficulties." This hotel was awful. Besides they did not pay us the difference between these two hotel costs."

"The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here."
