After finding out that the money was taken as well from the bank we asked hotel.com for support, however the Aelbistan hotel reject double billing and no support at all. "Fabulous hotel. We stayed both here and the Mandarin O in Bodrum and this hotel blew the MO out of the water in every sense. Six Senses was brilliant - from the staff, the level of personalisation, the spa, the beaches, the free baby food… just fantastic! We will be back. "

"It was a nightmare to find the place as both ends of the road leading to the hotel is blocked. Google map just couldn't get us close enough. Apparently that road is closed permanent, but the owners failed to notify the customers. Car parking is a nightmare, just park anywhere you can find one on the marina. The place is noisy due to the nightlife under the window so you can't open the window. The aircon did NOT work so we sweated all night and did not sleep at all. It is a stingy little room...

"The hotel is beautiful, wonderful and very clean in terms of the rooms, the pool and the service from the reception to the pool and the beach. Thanks to the reception staff for the good treatment and welcome and also the free room upgrade . I recommend it."
"The hotel was overall nice, but I would say it needs a bit of maintenance. The room looked a bit more run down than the pictures (things like chipped paint etc) but nothing too major. The view from the Junior Suite was lovely and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at sunset. The breakfast was quite limited (the only option is Turkish breakfast) and as we were staying for over a week this did get boring. The main issue though would be the language barrier as most of the staff did not understand English, so communicating things like the TV remote not working was a challenge. Also, the wait staff were all very young and inexperienced so food service was often slow or non-existent. One waiter would pick his nose and then serve us food which was not pleasant. But overall, the hotel pleasant and the pool area is lovely."
"It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed.
