"Dead centre of city. Friendly welcome with good recommendations for visitors. First two recommendations were worth it. Room very good if sliding toilet door unusual and not light sealed for partner. Luxurious sauna. Ate in Trattoria, decent with excellent service. Expansive buffet breakfast with designed tableware adding to class. Would be the first choice in Lahti."

Comfortable room with kitchenette. really convenient laundry room on top floor. The only thing that was frustrating was not receiving clear information about checkin. Apparently the code they send you for your room door is the same code you are to use to enter the building but the email we received didn't say that so we had to scramble to reach someone to figure that out."

The staff were helpful and cheerful, and it's a pretty laid-back place. It's within walking distance of the cute town of Heinola. I'd stay here again if I wanted to be in the area. My one complaint is something they can't help--traffic noise from the big highway and the bridge in the distance. I think this affects those of us in tents more than RVs."
