Log villa built in 2003, extended in 2020, the old part has living room, kitchen, bedroom (12 m²) double bed, bunk bed in the sleeping area, washroom with shower and WC, loft (20 m²) with four beds. Glazed terrace.

The extension part has dining area and kitchen, bedroom (15 m²) double bed and junior bed, another bedroom (15 m²) two beds, third bedroom (12 m²) two beds and bedroom/office room (12 m²) sofa bed for two.
Indoor sauna with electric sauna stove, shower, separate WC, large terrace area.

Lakeside sauna with wood-burning sauna stove, sofa bed (two alternative beds), TV, fridge and stove.

Motorboat (Buster 50 hp) for rent. The rental price is 100 euro/day, extra day 50 euro. Please contact directly to the guardian. The boat rental includes 10 liters fuel, wetsuit, wakeboard, water skis and pull ring.
An electric outboard motor for the rowing boat is also for rent.

If you wish, you can ask heating of the hot tub or the lakeside sauna carried out for the agreed time, price 150 euro. Payment can be made with a separate invoice or in cash to the caretaker on site.

The rent for the smoke sauna is 250 euro/heating. It also includes heating the beach sauna and hot tub at the same time, if necessary. The smoke sauna is not heated during the winter season. Reservation and payment to the guardian. The smoke sauna cannot be heated on its own.

Possibility of ice swimming in winter.

There are some limitations on the availability of the additional services during the frosty season.

Water from the well may have sometimes color issues, it is recommended to bring your own drinking water with you.

The property is rented only to families and couples and others who enjoy a peaceful holiday. The property is not rented to groups consisting of under 30 year old people. Please respect the peace of the neighbors.
