Second, the was no toiletries in the bathroom; I understand when shampoo, shower gel, etc. are not provided (it's not Hilton after all), but there wasn't even a peace of simple soap... so you cannot wash your hands. Third, no water in the room - I'm sorry, but in hot countries in the summer it's a must to provide at least a welcome bootle of water. Fourth, while towels and bedding were fresh, the floor was quite dirty. "
