There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t consider the hotel itself to be at a five-star level."

Breakfast was outstanding every morning, with plenty of delicious options. The location is ideal, just steps from four beautiful beaches and only a short drive from Chania. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Alexandros for his fantastic recommendations on hiking trails and local restaurants. If we're lucky enough to return to Crete, we'll definitely stay at Mossa again."
