"As a former GM and owner of a hotel, and one who stays in hotels (40 nights a year) I know hotels. Jaguar hotel was about as good as one good hope for. The communicated well before arrival. Shuttle from the airport was excellent. I had breakfast each morning and dinner both nights. Food and service was top tier. I enjoyed talking to the staff. Caroline, Marta, Fernando and the nice lady who was in charge of the breakfast. All were delightful and helpful. The room was so well thought out with so many extra touches. A first class property. I really can not say enough lovely things about my stay. Well done. "
