"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. "It is a large full service property on the bay, two big pools with beach access, very large dining and breakfast room, very nice gym, it’s just an old building and not renovated so the rooms are just average, I feel like I’m on a cruise ship in the standard room, 15 minute walk to old town, but at least it’s down a pretty, scenic driveway. Very family, friendly, this big place has sold out, kids everywhere."

"This was our third time staying at this resort because we’ve always enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, the bar experience was disappointing. The beach bar wasn’t open during our stay, which was a big disappointment. The main bar also had issues with its system being down, and the staff seemed confused most of the time. I asked about the status of my order, and the bartender simply looked at me, said they didn’t have my order, then turned away and ignored me. The order arrived about five minutes later, making the whole situation even more confusing. For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of service. Hopefully, these issues will be improved because we’ve always enjoyed staying here."
