"I was welcomed by three employees of the hotel with such warmth, I immediately felt at home. Laura, in particular, was so attentive to me during my entire stay. I was sad to leave. A wonderful experience. The only caveat is that it's a little far from the main town, but the hotel can arrange for a Tuk Tuk for you (very cheap and fun). "

"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it...

"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again."

"The location is indeed an hour away from the airport, so keep in mind there will be several toll houses to pay when coming and going. The property never has hot water. Be ready for bug bites, which I believe to be spider bites. The breakfast and staff are great, but cleanliness isn't there. The rooms are never cleaned they only come in and make the beds and there is no sweeping or mopping or hardly take the trash out which is a factor that might contribute to the amount of spiders in the room....

"Great location!!! The most friendly and helpful staff I ever meet!!! The hotel is new and modern!!! Locate in a very nice and quite street!!! He always made sure we got a safe ride, recommended great places and was always professional, friendly and respectful. Our room was always cleaned and spotless when we got back. At the restaurant, Rafael was amazing so very special, remembering our names, favorite hot drinks and how we liked our eggs. Congratulations to your management and coaching staff. The icing on the cake was Diomedes, he made our check out swift smooth and was so warm and friendly and cooperative providing last minute recommendations. He warm smile will brighten up anyone’s day.
