From the moment I arrived, I felt completely spoiled by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. I arrived to find a delicious birthday cake waiting in my room, and later, while celebrating with friends at Capella Rooftop Bar, another cake appeared—completely unexpected and such a joyful moment. As if that wasn’t enough, we were treated to complimentary champagne by the pool, adding an extra sparkle to an already perfect day. Every interaction with the team felt genuine and effortless, and they managed to strike that rare balance between professionalism and heartfelt hospitality.
