The nicest staff I've ever met at any hotel anywhere. Hotel is in an ideal location. Quiet. Clean. Stylish. Great breakfast and coffee. A really ideal hotel and I would very very highly recommend it.

The staff are so kind and helpful. Excellent location I’m old quarter of Hanoi…minutes to great restaurants, pharmacy, and shopping. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and do the job. Excellent value for price.

We had a fabulous stay at L ’hotel du lac. The location was perfect. For being in the middle of where you want to be, our room was shockingly quiet. The room is not huge but it was very comfortable, everything we needed! I would definitely stay there again and I will be recommend any friends visiting ...
