Couldn’t park, waited outside in my car trying to communicate with the hotel staff, sent them messages but no answer!
I’m disabled and eventually hobbled into reception where the receptionist was hiding behind a monitor. She was of no help so I left and drove on, very tired but found a nice hotel in Bremen with Trivago!"
