"This is an amazing property in every aspect. The cabin is adorable and very well appointed. The location is excellent for hiking, Red Rocks, or just general exploring. What makes this property stand out even more are the hosts. Quick responses, accommodating, they loaned us seats for Red Rocks and even messaged us at one point to let us know there was an elk grazing in the yard. We will be back!"

"This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. "

"This place needs a good deep down cleaning & some much needed repairs. It worked fine for our needs, but we washed any dish we needed to use before using it. Cobwebs in many places. Like the cleaning crew only hits the high spots & not very good at that. Paid too much for the place since it is in need of so many repairs! The pictures make it look much better than it is."
