About this property

Casafavorita - Holidays with sea and Teide view for two

  • The Casafavorita is located in Buen Paso. a quiet district of Icod de los Vinos, in the west of the north coast. Our house is located at an altitude of 120 meters, at the end of a cul-de-sac, and is therefore absolutely quiet and free of traffic. Mass tourism is a foreign word here. The studio is functional, with a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker and a TV with German, English and Spanish programs. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
    Large sliding glass doors give a clear view of the sea. A small terrace in front of the studio is ideal for a breakfast with a sea view. A large covered terrace can be used as a parking space.
    The pool has a swimming size of 12m x 4m. From there you have a wonderful view of the Teide. Sun loungers, various lounge chairs and parasols are available.
    The beach of Icod, Play San Marco, is 8 minutes away by car, and the "Parque natural de Corona" is ideal for long hikes, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Puerto de la Cruz can also be reached in 15 minutes by car or bus, with the stop above us on the main street, about a 20-minute walk away. For more information, see casafavorita. it
