"We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). "Such a beautiful caravan. We went at Easter 2026 and there were beautiful Easter touches bunnies etc throughout the caravan. Chocolates and Proscecco were a lovely touch. Checking in process was seamless and they provided so much helpful information. Would recommend and will definitely be back for another stay. Dog friendly too, my dogs loved the warm cozy throws provided and enclosed gated decking area"

"I stayed at the Burlington Hotel over the August Bank Holiday & had a very nice room over looking the sea. The room is clean & well presented. With extra pillows,blankets an iron & a hair dryer, clean shower,basin & loo. We were impressed we had 3 mirrors. Good car park, nice helpful staff at reception in the bar & at breakfast. It's a very clean & tidy hotel It's in a great position for a walk too the beach,shopping,restaurants,cinema theatres etc."

"It looked like it was decorated in the 1990s and probably looked fantastic back then. It was dated and shabby. There was a feel of a horror film when we arrived. However, the breakfast was tasty. Staff were really helpful although for such a large place they had few staff. It was a bit lifeless with the bar not being open, we had to have a hot drink in our room. Unfortunately, the rooms were like saunas even with opening windows. Everything was clean but a bit run down. I think the price was reasonable for the experience and location. I would book again. Cheap and cheerful."

"Staff were lovely Breakfast and Dinner delicious The swimming pool was really nice I didn’t get to use any of the Spa facilities so cannot comment. The only down side was that we couldn’t close the bathroom door as it kept jamming and the view from room 51 is messy brambles and over grown hedge but the bird song was good from the rustic setting and I would rather that than noise from other guests so 98% perfect room. I would certainly return."
