"予想以上に良かったです。ブッフェへもちろん、施設も素敵でした。温泉街自体はバブル崩壊の影響を受けてまだまださびれてますが 、このホテルだけでも十分過ぎるくらいに高い価値があります。また、近隣にはスキー場や山、道の駅など観光スポットもあるので温泉街がさびれてるのも気になる人はほぼいないかと。草津温泉との梯子で行きましたが、こちらのほうが良いと妻と話しています。"

"Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations....
