Nice traditional old Japanese style stay. Though Breakfast is also traditionally Japanese style with rice! Yes morning Breakfast with rice, we still prefer bread or something light. Room extremely spacious compare to Tokyo city. Might need some renovations to upgrade tho.

這趟的旅行是去滑雪，旅館備有乾燥用的雪具室， 並且旅館出去就有公車站牌可以到雪場,很方便 此外，旅館內也有溫泉可以好好泡，有大眾池也有私人池， 和式客房不僅大並且該有的設施都有，每天清掃完房間完之後也會很貼心在桌上放上甜點以及補充冰水和熱水，整體住宿的體驗是很好的，下次來滑雪會再來住

Great onsen and room

Amazing stay and excellent service. Everything is attention to details and the room are spacious! Love the onsen and the pick up service are delighted given weather condition or else just few mins away you could walk to train station pretty easily! Love the Japanese artwork around. Definitely recommended！ could consider adding 1 more clock in Onsen area.

今回ノンビリ温泉を楽しむ旅行だったので、此方にお世話になってとても満足出来る旅行を楽しめました。 従業員の方の対応、拘りのお料理、ノンビリリラックス出来る温泉全て満足です。 宿泊した日は雪もかなり降っており、出発前に車の雪かきが気になってましたが、従業員の方が雪下ろしと車寄につけて頂き、濡れずに出発出来た事とても気遣い出来ると嬉しかったです。 また、越後湯沢に来る機会があれば是非伺いたいホテルだと思いました。

雖然價錢有點貴,但真心值得,員工服務態度超級讚,房間舒適且空間很大,酒店內還有溫泉,有機會會再入住 以下分享一則一事,想讚揚一下前台接待員(是一位女仕,懂流利的英語,但忘了叫什麼名字): 入住當天早上,我與朋友提早到酒店check in,本來打算去gala 湯澤滑雪, 可惜當天因大雪關係,該滑雪場暫停營業,當時我們很無助,不知還可以去那個滑雪場(因事前沒有預計滑雪場會關閉),該前台接待員即時介紹其他幾間滑雪場給我們,還指引我們如何前往,她真心幫了我們很大忙.到我們check out當天,也因為大雪關係,她幫我們聯絡酒店司機,並送我們往車站,最後還送了一隻褶紙小狗給我們,祝賀狗年快樂,真的很有心思呢
