"Will always be the best hotel west side of Edmonton way better price than Fantasyland Hotel they over price for a simple room"

"The hotel smelled of strong chlorine. Dirty floors in lobby. Rooms are not sound resistant. Could hear people above walking on floor. Didn’t help that they were jumping off the bed at 2 am. Could hear conversations in the next room and in the hallway. "

"When we first entered our room, we noticed all the stains on the wall and couch but weren’t too bothered due to the price. Then we went to the bedroom and noticed blood stains down the side of the bed and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned since the last guest stayed there. We asked the manger if we could change rooms which they agreed and the second room we had was better. No tv in the bedroom, no windows in the bedroom, hair in the bed and the beds are not queens, they are more like doubles. The staff was helpful with moving us but we would not stay here again."
