I recommend!

The staff was always really helpful. The hotel was nice and clean, but it was cold at night and there was no heater. It is located in a safe part of Ica.

Estuve hospedada dos noches (17/03 al 19/03/2018)y me tuvieron que cambiar tres veces de habitación. La primera noche, hubo una filtración de agua desde el techo y se mojó la cama, la habitación parecia una piscina. Nos cambiaron de habitación y cuando iba a bañarme, había otra filtración por la ducha a lo que el dueño alegó que mi hijo se habia bañado con el caño muy abierto, lo cual provocó una inundación en la habitación. El dueño fue grosero y en vez de disculparse, me dijo que debí haberme hospedado en un hotel cinco estrellas si es que no quería ningún problema en mi habitación. Yo había reservado una habitación cuádruple y por los inconvenientes, tuve un descuento, en vez de habitación cuádruple, pagué por habitación triple. No recomiendo este hotel por los inconvenientes y la groseria de parte del dueño

Nice hotel

Al llegar el joven que me atendió estaba muy nervioso y al parecer mi habitación no estaba lista y para salir del apuro me dio una cuádruple que costaba más y por ello pague más del costo de mi reserva encima me dio la habitación que estaba en el lado del estacionamiento procedí a revisar correos y mi reserva decía habitación con balcón o patio así que reclame y me cambiaron pero el costo de mi habitación no varió pague más. Fuera de ello me encanto el hotel sus instalaciones muy lindas la piscina relaja bastante. Me gustaría volver a hospedarme hermoso y cálido hotel

Paz y tranquilidad.

Muy relajante! la combinación de la madera en el diseño del hotel, y el contraste con las Dunas de arena, te transmiten una sensación de estar en una casa Hacienda alejado de todo el stress de la ciudad.

Buena atención de la gente del hotel pero muy pobre los baños, casi no sale agua de la ducha, encima apenas tibia, cuando uno se quiere dar un buen baño en este hotel no se puede. lo bueno es que tiene 3 restaurantes, buena opción para no salir a comer.

Fui con mi familia, nosotros habíamos dejado la llave de la habitación en recepción para que arreglen el baño y dejen toallas. Dejé mi celular cargando sobre el frigobar de la habitación y fuimos a la piscina. Al volver nos dimos cuenta que el celular no estaba, habían dejado tirado el cargador aún conectado. y justo antes del robo entraron 2 trabajadores suyos a arreglar el baño y a dejar las toallas, bastante lógico pensar quien fue. Al avisar del robo nadie se hizo responsable, pusieron las manos al fuego por sus trabajadores y no se hicieron cargo de nada. Fuimos a poner la denuncia y el colmo fue cuando llegó el policía dijeron que habían visto a mi hija y a su novio por la piscina "buscando" algo, poniendo en tela de juicio el robo dentro de nuestra habitación y queriendo hacerlo parecer como si se me hubiera perdido, lo cual es falso. Pésimo hotel, fuimos a relajarnos y salimos con dolores de cabeza a causa del robo en nuestra habitación.

Hotel Recomendable, bonito y en zona tranquila.

Todo muy bien. Solamente me percaté que si hubiera hecho la reserva directa al hotel, nos hubieran incluído el desayuno, porque consulté y por el precio que pagamos debería haber incluído y no ser un cobro adicional. Habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas, ubicado en un lugar tranquilo, tiene una piscina grande y bonita.

Não se engane: esse hotel fica muuuuuito longe de Huacachina ou do centro de Ica. O preço não vale a pena: o hotel é ruim, o quarto tem cheiro de mofo, péssima localização e infraestrutura. Foi um erro nossa hospedagem aqui....

O hotel fica bem afastado de tudo, numa espécie de condomínio fechado. Mas a estrutura é boa e no condomínio tem pizzarias. Ficamos somente 01 dia e gostamos do tamanho do quarto e do banheiro. Só achamos estranho o fato do restaurante não possuir carta para a escolha do prato,ficamos sem saber o q estávamos escolhendo para comer e sem saber o preço.

Desde que llegamos el personal del hotel fue muy amable ,inclusive nos dieron la habitación mucho antes del check in ,el hotel es muy bonito y la piscina relaja y resfresca sobretodo después de hacer los tubulares en la huacachina, la pizza es exquisita !!!!
