Nice modern property with everything you expect from self catering. Big balconies. Good maid service. Great pool and splash area for kids fantastic. Biggest bug bear was all the reserved sunbeds... all taken by 9am and hardly any being used. I had also requested for kids sofa beds to be made up for our very late arrival. This was promised but not done so had to make beds up at 3am. Otherwise a good standard 3 star place with brill entertainment. Kids loved the trampoline too.

I apologise the extra beds were not made up - this was caused by a lack of communication which I have highlighted between the departments in question. Fantastic room overlooking the beach and sea.... Food and entertainment for kids was excellent. Location is very good being close to restaurants and boat to San Antonio... Will be back for another family holiday!!

Good chilled hotel
Nice staff and nice modern room with a comfy bed and pillow. Only down side was we didn’t have the balcony facing the pool, however overall it was fine

Que a las 22:00 cierre la cocina estando en españa..que los guiris ponen las toallas a las 9 de la mañana y no hay una sombrilla libre.. Vamos que los guiris mandan el el hotel

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion...no tiene estacionamiento propio...solo el que se consigue en la calle. En general bien pero le falto algunos detalles como dejarte elementos de aseo para ducharse

El piso está bien, reformado y cómodo. El personal super atento pero el entorno no esta cuidado lo que hace que el sitio en general tenga un aspecto descuidado. Por ejemplo, para entrar al portal tienes que pasar por las puertas traseras de las cocinad, que las dejan abiertas. Hay olor a frituras y da mal aspecto. Es un hotel para familias con niños. Cabe destacar que los empleados son muy amables y eficientes. Nos cambiaron l cama una vez y las toallas 2 veces. El equipamiento del piso es básico pero confortable
