"We’ve stayed here twice now and book it solely for the location. The hotel itself is definitely not a standard 4 star class- more like a 3 star. Hotel is outdated and could do with a renovation. But that doesn’t matter at all for us because the location is outstanding. Pay extra for a sea view room- wish we had the first time we went. And don’t eat at the hotel. We’ve not eaten there but drinks are so slow. Painfully slow. The Boat House is incredible as is Vincenzo’s pizza (owned by the same people). You do need a car I would say and parking can be tricky, although wasn’t as bad in September as it was in June. We always managed to get a space but sometimes had a 10 min walk back to the hotel from the car park up the road and up a hill."

"Very clean. Super convenient to beautiful beaches and airport. Most of the staff is super friendly. Ray in the lobby bar is fantastic. Ladies that work the sports bar are great too. Europeans smoke a lot of cigarettes so be prepared for the smell of cigarettes to be ubiquitous. The dining hours are not all that convenient and the pool Closes too early. This works for most of the guests however as most people come to Ibiza to hit the clubs and aren’t at the resort at night. My wife and I came to relax and didn’t club much, and it would’ve been nice to be able to get some evening time in the pool. Sports bar is billed as “open 24/7” but they turn everything off at 1am and only have beer and sodas. So not really “24 hours service”. Would be cool if they had more deejays and lively atmosphere around the pool during the day . Overall, it’s a good all inclusive experience."

"The newly-refurbished property is beautiful and offers several spaces to dine, relax and have fun. The breakfast buffet is the best I've seen, and the decor and ambiance at all restaurants, including Coya Beach, are top-notch. Staff was very helpful throughout, with recommendations of events happening in the area, restaurant suggestions and reservations. One of the most pleasant hotel stays I've had in years. Will definitely return."
