Beautiful property
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Raúl’s property. It was spotlessly clean, modern and in a quiet and pretty urbanisation. There were little supermarkets and nice beaches in walking distance which was handy, and the house had everything we needed for meals in and a great garden for yoga! The only challenge was finding it, as the property wasn’t exactly the same address as listed here and the housing complex itself is fairly new so taxi drivers couldn’t find it on a map. That being said, Raúl was quick to help and the drivers soon learnt after a few trips!

Fantastic stay in a wonderful location
My 4 friends and I had a wonderful time in Raúl’s beautiful property - it is clean, stylish and has everything you need (towels, kitchen supplies, even a bottle of wine!) We were all comfortable and slept well in the beds, and the property has good air conditioning and two big showers to keep cool. The outdoor space is fantastic, better than the pictures can do justice and we were able to easily cook a lovely Easter Sunday dinner for 5 in the kitchen. The communal pool is wonderful and it is a ten minute walk to the beach and local supermarket for fresh bread/supplies. We came for a relaxing, quiet holiday and this was the perfect place for it. Raúl was kind and always easy to contact, and very flexible with checking in and out which made the trip so much easier. I could not recommend this property and host enough, thank you again for a lovely stay! :)

Lovely villa with a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset
The villa was comfortable and with two outdoor spaces - the roof terrace and the garden - it was perfect for five of us. Although it sleeps eight, it might be a little cramped for that many as the kitchen/living area is small. The swimming pool only had one sunbed which limited its use. Apart from that, our stay was brilliant. A lovely area, stunning beach and fantastic restaurants. Our host, Raul, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, he really looked out for us to ensure our stay was welcoming. We would definitely return, and recommend this villa and location.

Nice and clean house
The house is nearby the Tarida beach. Everything you need (kitchen equipment, towels, coffe, tea..) is available. There are differents terraces where you can sit. Only in winter time you can’t sit outside so the livingroom and kitchen are a little to small for 6 persons. In the bathrooms we missed some hooks for hanging up the towels or clothes. But in generaal we are happy with the house. The contact with Raul was good. We really consider to go back sometime in springstime.

Really lovely house
We had a really enjoyable stay at Raul’s place, unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Raul but communication with easy. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the roof top and it was lovely to come home for an evening swim. The beach just 10 minutes walk away is one of nicest we visited during our stay. Raulevening arranges a taxi for us when we wanted to visit sant antoni. We did have some issues with the fridge not being cold enough which meant we had to throw away some prawns we brought for a bbq, obviously things like this do happen and didn’t spoil our trip. We hope to return next year, thanks Raul

Amazing villa, we loved it, definitely would go back
Raul was very nice and welcoming, he was waiting at the property for our arrival, and he showed us around. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed, there was 8 of us and we found it was enough room for us all, with lovely outside space and facilities. Very close to the beach, with a shop around a 25 minute walk away. It was a 20 minute taxi to either the airport or San Antonio. Perfect for what we wanted. Raul helped us with ordering taxis and anything else we needed. Pool was well maintained and a lovely temperature Would recommend to anyone :)

Absolute Perfection in Cala Tarida - highly recommend
We loved our stay in Raul's house in Cala Tarida - everything was perfect! The house is even better once you see it in person. We travelled as a group of 7 adults and there was lot's of space for us all at the house. The house is in a very sunny spot with very quiet surroundings. We loved the views from the roof top terrace (great spot for watching the sun set!) and the swimming pool in the complex. Raul was the perfect host - he was so helpful with any queries we had and was welcoming for our group. He booked cab's for us when we needed it (and chased the company when the taxi's were delayed!) The house is about a 10-15 min walk from the beach but it's a very pleasant walk with amazing views the whole way. I would highly recommend staying here if you're staying in Cala Tarida. Thank you Raul!

nice clean house
A really nice house on walking distance from the Cala Tarida beach. We loved the roof terraces and the cool rooms. The upper terrace gives a great view! 8 persons is max, 2 have to sleep in the livingroom There's a small kitchen with everything you need.

Super séjour à Cala Tarida
La maison est propre, bien équipée et très bien placée (proche des plus belles plages de l'île). La maison est encore plus belle qu'en photo ! Nous avons passé 5 jours à Cala Tarida pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille et c'était parfait. Juan est un hôte réactif et de bons conseils. Je recommande virement !

Quality-family time
The house is clean. The bedrooms are tidy and the open kitchen has everything you need. The bbq has a system so you can adjust the height of the grill. That was handy. From the rooftop you have a nice view and it's perfect for reading having a coffee or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. There is a little driveway to park the car. Cala tarida beach is nearby and has a nice restaurant. There are a couple of supermarkets close so no worries there. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had the pleasure to stay in Raul's home 5days in may. it was perfect. the house was extremely clean, nothing was missed. The position is 15 minutes walking by cala Tarida. The sunset is assured by an amazing terrazza in the last floor of the house. the swimingpool was just for us. Thank you Raul!!!

prachtige woning met veel slaapruimte en grote tuin
Erg mooie vakantiewoning. De woning is gelegen in een rustige wijk en is erg netjes. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een erg ruime tuin en meerdere balkonnetjes, waardoor je altijd de zon (of schaduw) kunt opzoeken. Ook de eigenaren waren erg gastvrij en meedenkend.

Ruhige Lage,. Grundsätzlich schön, aber leider war es unsauber , und es gab keine Liegen am Pool
Als erstes muss man sagen , dass das Haus grundsätzlich schön ist .Es hat aber einiges an Mängeln.Was uns am meisten gestört hat, war die fehlende Sauberkeit .Dreckige Handtücher, dreckiges Geschirr, und der Boden war auch dreckig .zum zweiten ist es relativ weit abgelegen.Man muss zum Supermarkt 10 min fahren ( wozu das Haus nichts kann ...rein als Info gedacht ) Es gibt einen gemeinschaftspool EINEN !! Für einen kompletten Wohnblock von keine Ahnung wieviel Einheiten , aber es sind sehr viele ! An diesen Pool kann man sich leider nicht legen , denn es gibt dort keine Liegen ! Man müsste sich auf den Beton legen , was nicht wirklich cool ist.Es gibt in dem gesamten Haus aus jedem Hahn nur Salzwasser ...zum kochen, duschen , Zähneputzen . Das fand ich katrastophal .Alles in allem , waren wir nur 3 Tage dort, darum war es ok .Für einen Urlaub von mehren Tagen , gar Wochen ...gibt es von mir ein Auf gar keinen Fall !!!!!!!!!! Schade !!!

Hello Nina, I think you deserve a good conversation after all the trash you've thrown over our house and our work. You got mad because I told you that you could not hold your friend's bachelorette party at home. I think you should have read the ad before making the reservation. I also understand that a house is not an ideal place to hold a bachelorette party. I also imagine that after you did what you wanted, seen how you left the house, full of glitter, balloons and dirt. You should also have read the time of entry and exit that puts in the announcement. It is completely detailed in the advertisement. It is totally forbidden to hold parties and activities that may harm the harmony of the neighborhood community. These things are what really bothered you. I sincerely recommend that you read the entire announcement before making the reservation and that you do not say so many lies. I will not lose another minute with you. Thanks for your visit and have a good summer.

Wij, zes vriendinnen, hebben een prima tijd gehad in de woning van Raúl. Drie keurige slaapkamers, twee fijne badkamers en veel buitenruimte. Dichtbij een mooi strand. Raúl is gastvrij en flexibel. Super! Volgende keer komen we hier weer.

Estancia inmejorable!!
No podíamos haber elegido mejor sitio para pasar el fin de semana! La casa es preciosa y hay unas vistas magníficas a cala tarida desde la terraza! Raul es un anfitrión estupendo y nos ha hecho sentir como en nuestra casa! Lo recomiendo 100%! Volveremos!

Excellent séjour , dans un maison magnifique , Raul est une personne exceptionnelle d’une gentillesse et disponibilité sans faille. Très jolie maison
La maison est est vraiment remarquable que celà soit en famille ou entre amis. Je vous conseil de louer une voiture car les taxis sont assez long à attendre. Une place de parking est à disposition. Ensuite l'intérieur est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est très sympa pour les repas et si une envie vous vienne, vous pouvez organiser un barbecue. Le meilleur est admiré le lever et coucher de soleil sur la mer depuis le toit de la maison dont lequel est aménagé de sofa. Le coin est vraiment clame et joli. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. Je vous recommande vraiment cette villa pour votre séjour.

Heerlijk huis om een paar dagen met vrienden/vriendinnen te relaxen!
Wij hadden een auto gehuurd, dat is wel handig. Huis zag er prima uit! Contact met de eigenaar verliep ook prima, reageert snel. Verder een super omgeving, echt top geweest!

Fantastic house!
Just back from a great stay in this house. We stayed with a group of 8 persons (4 adults/4 children) It was a beautiful house, very clean and nice bathrooms. (2 bathrooms, ideal with 2 families) We loved the view of the rooftop! You can see the beautiful sunset. The pool was great for the kids and never busy. The location is close to the beautiful beach of Cala tarida. Raul is really a great host and good service! We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back. I highly recommend this house. Raul thank you for the great stay!
