It was a great place. However, there were conveniences missing. The clothing dryer didn’t dry the clothes. There were no extra towels, toilet paper or any hair conditioner. And only one small cutting board.

Fantastic apartment
Lovely apartment in a great location to navigate the island. Excellent host, quick to respond for any questions before and during the stay. Would recommend - fantastic main pool too.

Great spot for families especially with kids
We loved it here, Carlos was so hospitable. The grounds were beautiful great for kids with many knee deep pools, a play ground and breathtaking views of old town. Extremely spacious and great bifold doors to block out noice from rooms to common area. Would love to come back and stay here again it was perfect for our family. Quiet luxurious and well kept and equipped.

What a beautiful spot. The place is gorgeous, exactly as the pictures show. The location is incredible. 2 min walk to boardwalk and then a beautiful stroll to the castle area. Or 20 min walk to Pacha or short cab ride. Highly recommended.

Muchas gracias por dejarnos quedar en tu casa, nos encanto pasar estos días en Ibiza y mucho mas tu casa. Esta llena de detalles que hizo que estuviéramos muy comodos y felices en esta casa. Poder ir a ibiza camiando, el tener el supermercado y restaurantes tan cerca fue genial. Lo mejor de todo eran las vistas desde la casa. Fantastic views, great apartment and excellent location.
We loved our stay at the apartment, it is exactly as described in the property description. The views are sensational, amazing sunsets and the apartment is spacious, well presented, modern and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom has great shower pressure. Would definitely rent again.

Muy lindo apartamento, amplio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas lindas vacaciones familiares
Muy bien ubicado, la urbanizacion es muy buena, tranquila, segura. El apartamento cuenta con 3 dormitorios en suite amplios y un cuarto que es el de servicio transformado en dormitorio, dentro del que se encuentra la lavanderia. Los espacios son amplios, con buen mobiliario. Y tiene todo lo que necesitas si prefieres cocinar. Carlos atento para solucionar todo lo necesario.

Nice Family Property
We went to this property as two families--4 adults and 5 kids aged 8-13. We were here just before the start of high season. The complex was quiet and family oriented. The location is ideal with a very large community pool, a five minute walk to the Fish Shack and other restaurants, a nice snorkeling area, and even cliff diving with the local kids if you dare. We walked to Ibiza town with the kids, making it a fun adventure. It was a great vantage point for exploring the Island as well by car. The house was decently appointed without a lot to be concerned for with the kids. The small pool on the terrace was fun for the kids. Just be mindful as the terrace is all marble and can get slippery. We lined the stairs with towels and it worked fine. I just think for a couple of families sharing a home and looking to be away from the party zone but have easy access, it was a great find.

Absolutely beautiful villa with plenty of space. 4 big seating areas - perfect for large groups. Lovely sea view and has everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Very clean and high standard, modern and spacious. Shared pool is also fantastic. 10 min drive to old town and a walk to a couple of restaurants.

Hemos venido a Ibiza muchas veces y es la vez que más cómodos hemos estado en una casa! Es maravillosa, práctica, segura, cerca de Ibiza y sobretodo muy cómoda y bonita. Dos piscinas, cerca de sa punta, frente a la playa de Talamanca y de todos nuestros sitios favoritos. Volveremos! La habitaciones muy amplias y comida y la terraza con la piscina privada hacia de nuestras tardes algo muy especial . Muchas gracias

SO MUCH BETTER than expected!!!
This place was everything you could ask for. If you have the chance to stay here, stay here. Carlos was a wonderful host, with an even more amazing property. 24/7 security who is actually paying attention (thank you Jose). 2 pools (I won't ruin the surprise for you, I'll just say WOW). Super hot water in the shower (the other guests wanted me to mention that). A coffee maker, WiFi, black out shades, grocery store 5min walk, restaurants 5min walk, I could go on and on. Just book this place and watch the sunset from the patio like we did. You won't regret it. Carlos..thank you again brother. I now have to change travel plans so I can come back to Spain soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved the stay and the house!!!
The house is amaizing! We stay with our 4 childrens and we loved the big pool, and spetially the beach that was just one walk form the house! It is a very modern, great stile big paartment with over 3.800 square feets! My childrens loved the private pool and the chilg play round! We liked that it is only 5 minutes form Ibiza town! Thabks a lot!

Really enjoyed the stay. House in in a great location, closer to town but far enough away to have that exclusive feel and awesome view! The house set up itself is fantastic with a large community space and great outside area! We really had a blast and will be back.. thanks Carlos!

Cool Ibiza Apartment
Carlos' apartment was perfect for our group of 8 friends. It is really well located and designed. Despite being an apartment, we had a private pool and great privacy. We were only a 10 minute cab ride from Ibiza town and were able to navigate the island without any expensive cab rides. Carlos was a great host and came through on everything.

A luxury apartment with the most wonderful views across the bay to Ibiza town. Beautifully appointed with acres of space and its own splash pool on the patio. The kids loved every moment of it. The acres of lovely gardens and the main pool area are beyond words, they are magnificent! The 24 hour security guard, at first a little daunting, was actually a very nice feeling to be completely safe, the kids can run free, down to the pool etc., and you don't have to worry about a thing. A short walk to the rocky beach and some very nice restaurants with the sea lapping at the doors!

Great Retreat on the bay of Talamanca
The beautiful apartment is located in the urbanization Es Pouet. It is very spacious and offers plenty of room as well as spectacular sunsets. There are two garage spaces to be used by tenants. With a really large community pool on the premises we hardly used the pool on our terrace. Check-in was uncomplicated, although the employee only spoke Spanish. A short introduction would have been nice, like garbage disposal, supermarket, use of keys etc. A manual as we found in other rental objects of this category would make things certainly a lot easier. We got most of the information from Henry at the security office, who was very friendly and helpful. We were granted an early Check-in which was nice arriving at 11.00 am at the airport. The apartment has a cool and stylish interior, as can be seen on the fotos. One must say that it could do with a little renovation in some spots. Carlos and his staff were very helpful and were always reachable for us. Probably due to the early check-in, some towels were not all well cleaned upon our arrival, so we had to wash them ourselves. Also the dishwasher had not been emptied. All in all, this is great place to spend time in Ibiza, and the really large park in the urbanization in combination with the huge community pool with very few visitors offers a great alternative to overcrowded and hectic hotels in Ibiza. A car is certainly necessary! Thank you for the great time, we hope to be back!

Quiet location and yet central
Large apartment in a great location, but with a renovation backlog and in parts not really well maintained. Our expectations based on the advertisement and the price were not fully met. When the apartment was handed over, there were only employees on site who spoke Spanish, no English.

Extraordinario, desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa, el equipo recibió que nos recibió fueron súper amables nos enseñaron todas las estancias de la casa y incluso nos dieron las mejores Tips para disfrutar nuestra estancia en la isla.
