"service is quite bad. we checked in late as we came in from another trip. our bags were brought up 1 hour and a half after we got to our room so made us sleep even later. i have special dietary requirements due to my allergies and this was neglected as i had a severe reaction during breakfast at their buffet outlet. staff were not taking me seriously and casual about it. I don't think i will stay here again as service is quite bad."

"Very nice building, seems very new, great room (I stayed in the Executive Suite on 2 different trips), great staff. Overall great place, great breakfast buffet, amazing staff, great value. Maybe not the best location, close walk to Okada, a little to far to walk to MOA (about 20-25 minute walk), but only a 5 minute Grab ride, so not terrible. Safe location, walked around a bunch at all times of day and night, never felt unsafe. Overall 5 stars, I'll be back! "
