Great base for Hythe, Folkestone, Dover and Rye.
Welcoming staff, really good breakfast chef very accommodating of my partners Coeliac requirements, she doesn’t get that service everywhere.

Despite best efforts of our hosts building is tired, water temperature in shower was uncontrollable and fittings in room were old. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful.

A fine seaside family hotel
Friendly and non-intrusive staff, and excellent cooked breakfasts. Also, comfortably warm in our room for our chilly February stay. Lots of room to park out in the forecourt. Plus of course Hythe is a great place to explore on foot and by bike.

Very tired accommodation. Gardens left to be overtaken by the weeds. Hair in the shower tray and toilet not clean on arrival. Dust on head board. Cook breakfast was very good, perfectly cooked. 20 minute walk to the top of Hythe High Street.

Great value place to stay in a good location
Booked at very short notice. Room pretty basic, but very clean as was bathroom. If I were to be really pernickety, the only small point is that the beds are extremely soft and bouncy, which means that any slight movement from one partner has a knock on effect on the other I.e. waking them up. But that's a very subjective opinion. A really nice stay in a lovely location.

This was a Edwardian property with up dated part in the 50s but in keeping with the rest of the house. The owner and the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. there was a bar available and breakfast could be taken between 7.00 and 10.30. Evening meals were offer and they were available in the winter. It was convenient for Hythe and a bus ran from outsiode the house into Hythe taking about 5 minutes so no need to find some where to park.

Very convenient arriving from Folkestone Central Station as the bus stop was right outside the hotel. My only negative was that the temperature of the water in the shower was really difficult to control but I managed to live with it

Perfectly comfortable, excellent location & food.
Perfect location for seafront walks, the town centre and visiting Port Lympne zoo. Breakfast was excellent. We had a big seafront family room. Very comfortable. Staff amenable and helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Proper bath and shower and toiletries. Would recommend and stay there again.

Really lovely Victorian house. Staff really friendly. Our room had everything we needed and was spacious. A 20 min walk to the beach was lovely walking along the canal as well

Pleasant stay.
Greated on arrival by a friendly lady. Clean room with queen size lovely comfy bed. Could of done with more sugar and milk, had to keep asking for it so bought some in the end. Bathroom clean, shower cubicle excellent and very big but shower head too heavy for holder and kept falling down, lino in bathroom all rucked up. Chose this B&B as it has plently of free parking out the front. Overall a nice stay, would stay again.

Good quality B&B
One night stop for a friends wedding locally, this is a typical seaside b&b but is dojng a great job to bring itself into the current day. Staff are very freindly, breakfast was great value and of high quality, found the bar a bit dear though. Room was recently modernised. Im guessing that the rest of the property will follow suit. Perfect location.

Landlady Susie very welcoming and helpful especially with 19 month old and 7 year old and a Coeliac. location very good for walk to seafront etc.

We had problem with the door, because it wae not closing, the owner or stuff wanted to us to leave it open like that, she didn't try to chnage or help, said this is what its. We didn't feel comfortable. The room and bathroom were not clean. Pictures are misleading

Worth a stay
The is a typical seaside house styled hotel. Friendly and pleasant staff, very helpful. Despite the Covid measures they make you feel normal. The room cleanliness was amazing. Worth a stay.

Love the Seabrook bnb
Me and my partner love the Seabrook bnb we have stayed there a couple of times now and will definitely be back again the staff are friendly and it’s very clean and nice and quite and right near the beach. I will certainly tell my friends and family about this place

Disappointing overall
A great location and friendly staff. However we stayed for three days and although the room was a little tired that was ok but one night we returned and the room was not cleaned or prepared and we couldn’t sleep due to the snoring we could hear through the wafer thin walls. All very disappointing! Shame really as there’s no much potential here but a work in progress but would be ok for a one night stay passing through.

Linen was clean and beds comfortable. Convenient for walking into Hythe. Breakfast was good. However, Seagulls kept me awake all morning. Building looking a little tired. Not sure it can justify the price.

Had a perfectly comfortable one night stay. Room 2 was spacious appeared newly painted with a modern sparkling clean bathroom. The general areas outside of the room were a little tired and dated but again very clean. The lady with the faint Australian or New Zealand accent who checked us in and then cooked and served our breakfast was really pleasant and helpful. Was a 20 min walk from town centre but that was reflected in the price being lower than a more central location. Over all would happily stay there again.

Needed a place to stay for the night for an early ferry journey from Dover and this place was more than adequate. Basic B&B but that’s all you need. Nice building with interesting character, clean room and bed and bathroom and a parking space just outside. Definitely worth staying to and is very reasonably priced.

Breakfast was good. Shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold with nothing in between. We reported this and that the heated towel rail didn’t work. We were immediately offered another room but declined as it was only a two night stay. The bed had no headboard as the headboard was still attached to the wall behind the wardrobe. The bed appeared to have been moved to avoid us looking straight up at the water damaged ceiling. A little tlc on the property would not go amiss. There seems to be a new owner since the previous trip advisor reviews. Overall an ok stay.
