Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the port. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 840 environ 550 M. Please note: TV only FR. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Nice unit inside a dated building

The building is quite dated and worn down. The unit itself is nice, with a beautiful terrace and a decent bed. However, there were no amenities (e.g. coffee) or even soap or shampoo. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Decent spot in an old building

The building is dated and even a bit scary. The unit itself is fine, clean and with a lovely terrace and the apartment is dark and cool at night with decent bed. The location is great with lots nearby by foot or bike. However, there are a few things to know: 1) don't use the overhead shower (only the hand wand) unless you want a flood 2) the welcome package includes garbage bags and sponges, not coffee, soap or shampoo (bring those yourself) 3) the patio door requires a lot of strength to open or close it 4) the pillows were so thick as to be painful

Parfait !

Appartement absolument conforme aux photos. Propre, bien équipé, très bien placé puisque la voiture est inutile, plages, resto, commerces tout est à côté. Il faut donc savoir qu'étant au coeur des activités du port, il y a un peu de bruit et de mouvements. En louant à cet endroit, on le sait. Franchement, on reviendra !
