"The airport shuttle was ridiculous. Every time we phoned the hotel they put us on hold or hung up. We had 3 people trying and one was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally called the main office and was put through to the hotel desk. We had our bags at the airport at 3:30 and finally reached someone at the hotel at 4:45!! The room was probably renovated in 1990. Awful. Our sink was blocked and my husband figured out how to fix it because no one showed up when I went to the desk to ask for someone to come up and look at it. No one came to clean our room the second day so I finally went downstairs and just asked for some towels. Couldn’t be happier to check out of there! "

"Great location! Hotel is nice overall. Has a good bar and restaurant but no coffee shop. No sundry store either so if you need basic supplies you’re out of luck. Room was very nice and unique. The whole property smelled liked sewer gas. This place could be 5 ⭐️ but it needs a little attention to details"

"Mold, doors would not open close dirty. we did not stay. Please refund. we went across the street where we were suppose to be booked and stayed the two nights. this hotel was cancelled"

"The elevators were not working properly. Our room had no A/C for an entire day and the temperature was 80 F. The pool water was over 100 F. So we could not use the pool, had to walk up 12 stories of stairs, and the room was to hot to enjoy."
