The amenities are amazing but they're all pretty spread out and a little confusing to find. Theres a movie/theater room but the roku remote app they had for the movie room didn't actually work. Not sure if it was unactivated but we were there at 10 30pm and it closes at midnight. Basketball court was AMAZING! It had a Bluetooth speaker system for extra motivation. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. "House was great for our large group. Every amenity you might need. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Everything perfect. Be aware, 3 stories. Entrance middle floor, Bedrooms are all either down a flight, or up a flight. Not a big deal unless you have someone who has difficulty with stairs. ..."
