"Great room"

"We were given the wrong room which was smaller than the one we booked. It was resolved after 1hr, probably because it was so busy as it was around 4pm around checking time. When we finally got the new room, the fridge was wobbly & had a hard time using it. The bathroom sink & tub had some rust around the faucets & the ceiling ventilation cover didn’t fully close. Overall the room was beautiful but I could see that it needed a bit up-keeping… "

"The Hotel is a little distance away from the airport and is at least 45 minutes to an hour train ride away from downtown Seoul so take that into consideration when booking this location. They have convenient shuttle from the airport but it had to be booked in advance and was way overbooked for our ride. Get in line earlier so you can get on. The room itself was fine and offered plenty of amenities. The beds were hard and not very comfortable but worked out okay for the few days we were there. There is a train station right below the hotel and a busy highway next to it so if traffic noise keeps you awake you may want to request a room on the other side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I recommend that you take advantage of the breakfast buffet. I wish we had eaten there each morning because they had a huge food selection. I would stay here again."
