We did not have a view from our room, but the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Good sized bathroom with a tub/shower.

Wonderful staff! Thao the receptionist and Hung the Bellman, were exceptional! They went above and beyond with our bags and recommendations for transport and area tours. So thankful for amazing staff, like these 2, that made our stay wonderful!

Property was ok, well located near Hoan Kiem Lake, several food options across the road from the hotel and a few roads over. Room is in need of a deep clean, I stayed in a room where the window view was internal, i.e., hall way/corridor. Walls slightly thin so I could hear people outside. Also I kept hearing a low humming sound which at first I thought was a phone but it was not as the humming would last for hours. Bottled water was not provided - as a Westerner it is not safe for us to drink tap water and thus not knowing whether the glass refillable bottle of water provided was drinkable was a big con - I also saw something black floating in mine - which was off-putting.
