"The room smelled strongly of a scent that activated my allergies and we were not helped. We left and still had to pay even though we didn’t use anything. "

"Hotel was meh. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Front desk staff was not welcoming. She was playing on her cell phone as I was asking questions. And was visibly annoyed that she had to help me. Hot tub was foamy and you had a weird film on your skin after. "

"The cabin was perfect! Immaculately, clean and amazing amenities to access. Absolutely wonderful that they were pet friendly with fair pet charges. "

"The lobby looks and smell great. The rooms are another story. The carpet is so dirty that I wouldn't let me daughter walk on in bare foot. The hair dryer didn't work. Shower kept going between hot and cold and I was only in for 10 minutes. They allowed other guests to have a bon fire right outside of our room. They were drinking so got excessively louder and would play music. They did nothing about it. It went on until midnight. I'm a single mom and did not feel comfortable saying anything about it. I would rather risk falling asleep behind the wheel than stay at this place ever again. Oh, I attached the wonderful greeting left for us when we arriving as well. "

"Lodge was amazing. Drove 1400 miles to stay here from South Texas. Already planning next year's trip. Will be back. Highly recommend this place. "
