3 Bedroom 2.5 bath townhome for temporary housing - Ideal for relocations, temporary job assignments or insurance displacements.
Shadow Ridge is a middle of the road temporary housing option for people relocating to the area, displaced from their home due to fire/flood etc. All bedrooms are on the second floor along with 2 full baths. The main level is the great room and kitchen as well as a powder bath. Home has a full 2 car garage as well as a small RV/Trailer pad.
Utilities included upto $200/month. Any overage the tenant is responsible.
PETS: Preference is no pets as the unit has new carpet. That said, ask.
The management team is local and we try to do all we can to stay out of your way during your rental but we are here if needed.
Shadow Ridge is a subdivision in the City of Hurricane but sits on the border of Washington City at the intersection of Hwy. 9 and Telegraph. Easy access to shopping and freeway.
