After a few attempts of calling the number listed we were able to talk with someone who did send check in instructions to my email. Shower did not drain. We had to wait 30-40 minutes between showers just so we weren’t standing in the...

"Awesome location and SO cute! So many restaurants super close by. Would have given 5 stars but the property management company's communication was terrible. After a couple messages, they finally said door code would be sent around noon. We got it at 3p. Messaged about a couple things at the property and zero responses."

"Booked a week in advance. When we arrived the key wasn’t in the lock box. Security guards had no number to call. Found a number in my email. Called and went through the prompts just for them to hang up on me. Called back and then the manager pulled in. She searched around trying to find the key then offered me a different place. We chose that place because it was on the water. So didn’t want a different place. She magically found the key about 30 minutes later."

"Pool wasn’t open as listed. Hot tub wasn’t open as listed. Hard to get in contact with property management. Overall not at all worth the price. Run down more than expected. Better options for the price."
