10/10 Excellent

"The hotel seems very big but actually it was well planned and access to the pools and restaurants were not complicated. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful (especially the ones in the restaurant as they bring drinks and clean tables/take plates away quickly). My 8-year old son was happy with varieties of pools and slides. There were yoga and other classes for adults. The food was good (lots of Turkish dishes, some international food (pizza, pasta, asian dishes, fish etc..). Seafood night with sushi were hit for many people. We also enjoyed Entertainments at the hotel. It was not necessary for kids (but kids had their entertainments at the kids club) but shows were different from other hotels. I have few suggestions, 1. Yoga classes were great but it was not for beginners. If an instructor could give a bit of guidance/alternative poses, better so participants at any levels can enjoy; 2. Activities offered for kids 7-11 or so were limited. Kids club offered activities but these were for under school age kids. There were activities for teenagers. Though there was a football for teens, no hotel staff was around and it was up to kids and parents to organizeand play. Some kids (including my son) were too shy to join. It would have been helpful to bring kids together if a hotel organized the football practice. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Swandor. If we have a chance, we would go back again."

"This resort is absolutely fantastic—an ideal escape for families! It truly stands out as one of our most memorable experiences, making us feel warmly welcomed and at home. Having traveled to many resorts, I can honestly say I felt a genuine sense of belonging here. We enjoyed a wide range of activities, including basketball, table tennis, swimming, bike riding, and pottery painting, which kept everyone happily occupied. The kids had a blast, and the food was consistently delightful, making our stay truly unforgettable. The culinary experience was superb, especially at their onboard Seafood restaurant, which exceeded my expectations despite not being a seafood enthusiast. The crabs were so delicious that I felt compelled to praise the chef personally. Additionally, Kenan was exceptional—he helped wash the baby bottles, supplied hot water for formula, and made our stay even more memorable with his attentive service. Rixos, we shall be back!"

"The hotel was lovely and very quiet. We had a twin room which was clean with 2 generous sized beds. We received an upgrade when we checked in, and was given a room with a beautiful sea view. The food was very good and the pool area wasn’t busy (no fighting for sunbeds here!) at all, although the music did tend to be quiet loud at times. The hotel has a policy of no food to be brought into the hotel from outside due to hygiene purposes, which we were informed about before we arrived. However, when I tried to enter the hotel with a couple of bottles of water from the shop across the road I was stopped by 3 men at the door demanding to search my bag and was told I wasn’t allowed to even bring water into the hotel!! Never in my years of travelling have I ever been stopped and searched entering a hotel I was staying in. The same thing happened a couple of days later to my daughter but a member of staff took pity and “smuggled” the water in for her. What a totally ridiculous situation. But for this I would have awarded 5 stars instead of 4."

"Great experience. Food was very good and around the clock. Staff was very helpful. We spent 4 days with kids. Didn’t get chance to go out as beach access was from hotel and there were 3 swimming pools. Kids loved it. Animation team was keeping kids busy with different activities. Special thanks to Emel, Noor, Carolina and Madina for kids activities."
